CONTEMPORARY MEXICAN CUISINE
WITH A CALIFORNIA SENSIBILITY
Founded by Michelin Star chef Joshua Gil and Matthew Egan, MÍRAME brings contemporary Mexican cuisine with a California sensibility to Beverly Hills. Chef Gil’s ever-changing, ingredient driven menu embraces regional Mexican flavors using local and seasonal influences.
The ‘farm to bar’ beverage program offers a robust collection of spirits and truly artisanal products, notably mezcal. MÍRAME is committed to providing an experience that reflects the layered culinary history of both California and Mexico.
MÍRAME means LOOK AT ME. That simple sentiment is what led us on a culinary journey through Mexico and gives our restaurant life. Our mission is to create a truly unique, curated experience inspired by our love for Mexico’s rich heritage, bold flavors, colorful culture, exceptional distillates and artisanal crafts.
We have eaten our way through Mexico to bring you the best spirits and ingredients we have discovered. It is with great pleasure that we share the stories of the many talented makers we have met along the way and we are proud to bring their beautiful products to Beverly Hills.
At its heart, Mexican cuisine is a melting pot of world flavors and we plan to carry on that tradition at MÍRAME with our California twist on the dishes we love. Each dish stems from our deep appreciation and dedication to Mexican flavors and food with a focus on organic, sustainable and market-driven ingredients.

We’re very proud of our coffee program at MÍRAME, so much so that we’ve bagged our own MÍRAME Mexican coffee beans and are ready to ship them directly to your house. Of course, you can always snag a bag next time you’re at the shop.
WELCOME TO THE
It’s an extension of our house—Our backyard where we host, events, special dinners, and we just like to hang out. Oh, and if you’re wondering what that beautiful specimen of a truck is, it’s our 1958 International Metro Van-AKA the MÍRAME bar truck…and being that it’s a truck, it happens to be on wheels too, ready for offsite events or holding down the fort on Cañon Dr. For more information on hosting an event or a large group of if you just want to hang out with us, click the link.
CAREERS
We’re always looking for people who geek out as much as we do about Mexican cuisine, spirits, and culture. If that sounds like you, let us know, we’d love to meet you!
